Terms & Conditions

• Reservations : 24 hour advance notice is preferred. 

  Minimum service charge: $30

  HOURLY RATE $60.00/Hour, Local Only – 4 hr. min.

  Stop over : $10 for each stop overs (a stop over within a regular route of two destinations and not more than 15 minutes.)
  Waiting charges: $10.00 / 15 minutes
  waiting charges do not starts until 30 minutes past scheduled pickup time.
  Round trip waiting charges: $39.00 an hour (one hour waiting is free in a round trip.)
  Additional terminals: free of charge
  Car seat: $10.00/per seat (Free of charge 24 hours in advance notice required.)
  Note : if your pick up is from a different location than airport, please make sure the vehicle has your full name displayed on it

Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time will be charged full fare.

MH Car Transport are Not Responsible

• For delays or the termination due to weather conditions, and airport authorities
• For delays or the termination due to mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
• For any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown or weather conditions
• For delays or the termination due to natural disasters
• Delays due to constructions and detours
• Delays due to accidents on expressway
• For damage caused by independent/sub-contractors
• For laptop damage
• For articles left in the Taxi

For failure to provide service due to system shutdowns/computer failure.
Alcohol and drug use is prohibited by law. The customer is responsible for any fine.
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Gratuity: 20% gratuity for the chauffeur will be added to the fare. All listed fare are based on one way for (up to 4 people).Gratuity, stopover, toll, parking, airport fee $10 , etc. Are not included. Please call for further details. Policies and rates subject to change without prior notice.
